  • Can I buy products and parts directly from you? 
    SHURflo has established Distributors that service a vast Dealer network that can respond to your needs quicker while in close proximity to you.
     

  • I didn’t receive an owners manual – is one available? 
    All SHURflo products either come with Installation Manuals or Instructions (sometimes on the packaging).  Installation information can be mailed, faxed Literature Requests, or accessed through Products.
     

  • Can I get parts for my system or piece of equipment from you?
    SHURflo is a leading manufacturer of pumps and fluid handling accessories, many of which are part of Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) product offerings.  If unsure whether the component you require assistance on is a SHURflo product, it is best to initially contact the OEM.  When verified the component in question is a SHURflo product, parts, service, or replacement product may be obtained through our Dealer network.  In some cases SHURflo product is specially configured to OEM specifications and available as a replacement only through the OEM.
     

  • Do you accept orders for custom pumps/products? 
    SHURflo maintains minimum order requirements while selling to Distributors and OEM’s.  Determination would be made through Salesman contact/evaluation, a completed Application Specifications form, and applicable lab testing and evaluation.
     

  • I have an old SHURflo pump-do you still have parts and schematics? 
    SHURflo is continually upgrading it’s products to meet the expectations of the industries it services.  Some products like the 200 Series, 102X Series, and the 14XX Series have not been built for over 10 years and parts are no longer available.  Other products may or may not be able to be serviced.  Please call, write, or e-mail your needs and we will do whatever we can to help.
     

  • What is the warranty on my product? 
    Warranty is typically found in the Installation Manual or Instructions, including the process for repair or replacement.  Products

  • Do I need an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to return my product?
    No, just follow the instructions in the Installation Manual.  Many times product problems can be dealt with over the phone, eliminating the need to return.  Contact SHURflo or your nearest Dealer. An RGA would be recommended if the return includes extenuating circumstances.
