When job openings occur at SHURflo we do something that few companies do...we post the opportunity internally so that current employees have the chance to apply. With our tuition reimbursement program as a major incentive, we know that many of our current employees are going to school with the hopes up moving up in our organization. When posting an internal job doesn't generate any qualified applicants SHURflo places openings on Monster Board, at www.monster.com. By searching for jobs by company name you'll be able to view any current job opportunies we have at SHURflo. All jobs posted on Monster Board will list a pay range, minimum education requirements and business experience for the opening.
